Office & Warehouse All Rounder

This position bridges the gap between administrative operations and physical inventory. You will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, customers are served with a smile, and the warehouse remains organized and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Helping walk-in customers, handling phone inquiries, and providing product information

• Preparing and writing up sales orders with high attention to detail and some purchasing

• Processing invoices and accurately entering new stock into the system

• Receiving incoming goods and safely operating a walk-behind forklift. (Forklift license not required for this type of forklift)

• Organizing stock and ensuring everything is in its right place

• Packing orders securely and booking freight/couriers for daily pickups

• Completing a dedicated delivery route one day per week

About you

• Must hold a valid Driver's License and be proficient in driving a manual vehicle

• Computer literacy for invoicing and stock entry

• Experience in both an office environment and a warehouse setting is highly regarded

• Experience operating a walk-behind forklift

• High level of initiative—someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without being asked

• Adaptable and physically capable
