About the role
Ready Fence NSW is one of Australia's leading providers of temporary fencing, edge protection, site security, barrier systems, and site solutions, servicing the construction, civil, infrastructure, residential building and events industries across New South Wales and Queensland.
From our Head Office in Old Guildford, we support some of Australia's largest builders, contractors, and infrastructure companies by delivering safe, reliable and innovative site solutions. We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role
The Hire & Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, preparing quotations, processing hire and sales orders, scheduling deliveries and collections, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Working closely with our Business Development Managers, Operations Team, Yard Team and Installation Crews, you'll ensure every customer receives outstanding service from their initial enquiry through to project completion.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll be the key link between customers, sales, and operations, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
Prepare accurate quotations for temporary fencing, edge protection, barriers and other site solutions.
Process hire and sales orders using company systems.
Coordinate deliveries, installations, relocations, and collections with the Operations Team.
Liaise with customers regarding project requirements, delivery schedules, and site access.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
Support Business Development Managers with customer follow-up and account management.
Monitor hire contracts and coordinate extensions, off-hires and renewals.
Maintain accurate customer information, pricing and contract details within company systems.
Coordinate transport, subcontractors, and installation crews to ensure efficient service delivery.
Work closely with the Yard Team to monitor stock availability and equipment allocation.
Resolve customer enquiries and service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support other operational functions as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Previous experience in internal sales, hire coordination, customer service or sales administration.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Confidence preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
Experience using CRM or hire management systems (MYOB, google sheets, EXCEL or similar) is highly regarded.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to your work.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Experience within the hire, construction, logistics or building industry is highly desirable but not essential.
