About the role
The Role
As a Portfolio Lead Trainer, you’ll partner with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Restaurant Managers across your portfolio to build confident, capable teams. You’ll coach, train, and certify Mixers and Supervisors in person, ensuring every crew member has the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver the FISHBOWL experience. You’ll also identify training opportunities, track certification progress, and work closely with Restaurant Managers to continuously lift capability across their teams.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting To The Training And Communications Coordinator, You’ll Work Alongside Restaurant Leaders To Build Confident, Capable Teams. You’ll Spend Time In Restaurants Coaching Mixers, Supporting Restaurant Managers, And Driving Consistent Training Standards To Ensure Every Crew Member Is Confident, Certified, And Ready To Deliver The FISHBOWL Experience. You’ll Be Expected To
Coach, assess, and certify Mixers across your portfolio through in-person trainingPartner with Restaurant Managers to identify training opportunities and lift team capabilityTrack certification progress and report on trends, knowledge gaps, and training outcomesEnsure all Mixers are confident in FISHBOWL’s operational standards, food safety, and This School modulesProvide practical coaching and feedback that supports team growth and developmentChampion a culture of learning by role modelling FISHBOWL’s values and training standardsSupport the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of This School content where required.
