Regional Manager

The Role

SRG Global is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead sales growth and market expansion across Queensland within our Engineered Products Division.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven sales professional who thrives on winning new business, developing key client relationships and driving profitable growth. Bringing a technical mindset and working across the construction, infrastructure, mining and industrial sectors, you'll be responsible for expanding market share, securing new opportunities and delivering strong commercial outcomes.

As the face of our Products business in Queensland, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on business development, building a strong pipeline, growing strategic accounts and helping customers find solutions that deliver value.

As a key senior leader, you’ll also play an integral role in developing strategic growth and business improvement plans across the broader business

 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales growth and deliver revenue, margin and profitability targets.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across QLD.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple product segments.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and industry stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract outcomes.
• Provide technical product and solution-based advice to support customer success and project outcomes.
• Develop and execute sales and market growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to strengthen market position.
• Collaborate with operational and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Represent SRG Global at industry events, networking opportunities and key customer engagements.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (preferred), Marketing and/or Business
• Valid Driver’s license (must)

• Proven success in business development and/or sales leadership.
• Demonstrated experience delivering revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
• Strong network and industry experience within construction, infrastructure, mining, industrial products or related sectors.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading commercial negotiations and securing major opportunities.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and convert market opportunities into profitable outcomes.
• Technical or engineering knowledge that enables solution-based selling and meaningful customer engagement.
