Doctors at Farm Gate is a new general practice in Clyde, in the heart of the City of Casey — one of the fastest-growing residential corridors in Australia. We opened recently with a single doctor and already have more than 200 patients on the books, growing every week. Demand has outpaced one GP, and we're now inviting a second doctor to join us.

This is a rare thing: a genuinely new practice where you're early enough to shape how it runs, in a catchment that guarantees the patients will come.

The package

• 75% of billings

• Guaranteed minimum of $230 per hour for your first 3 months — you carry no income risk while your book builds

• Bulk-billing model, with earnings lifted by the expanded bulk billing incentives

• A growing book from day one — over 200 patients already, in a suburb adding new families every month

• Choose your own sessions — full time, part time or school hours; weekends optional

• Immediate start available; notice periods accommodated

Mentorship — from the practice principal, not a policy document

If you're newly fellowed, or returning to practice, or simply want someone in the room next door who picks up the phone: I'm Dr Saru, and I'll be working alongside you here. That means real-time second opinions, help with complex patients, and support building your billings sustainably — not a mentorship program on paper. I've built and run a busy practice in this corridor and I'm happy to show you exactly how.

Please note: this location is not a DPA. However, doctors subject to section 19AB restrictions may still be eligible to work here as a locum for up to 6 months under a locum exemption. If that's your situation, get in touch — we're genuinely open to it, and we'll work through the paperwork with you.

The support around you

This is a new clinic, but it isn't a bare one. Everything you need to bill well and practise properly is already in place:

• A full-time practice nurse — including care plan and CDM support, so chronic disease work actually gets done and coded

• Onsite pathology — 4Cyte, 5 days a week — your patients get bloods done before they leave the building

• Onsite allied health: physiotherapy and psychology — real referral pathways down the corridor, not a six-week wait across town

The role

• Full time, part time or 6-month locum — tell us what suits

• General family practice with a young, growing patient demographic

• Procedural work encouraged: skin checks and excisions, iron infusions, Implanon / IUD insertions

• Chronic disease management and care plans supported

About you

• FRACGP or FACRRM with current AHPRA specialist (GP) registration

• Eligible for a Medicare provider number at this location (or eligible for a 19AB locum exemption)

• Newly fellowed GPs are warmly encouraged to apply — mentorship is part of the role, not an afterthought
