Integrity & Multi Service is a registered NDIS provider committed to delivering person-centred, high-quality support across Melbourne and Adelaide. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL), Complex Care, and Community Access programs.

This is a pivotal role where your leadership and commitment to quality will directly shape the experiences and outcomes of the participants we support.

About the Role

As the Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our SIL and community-based services, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, and positive outcomes for participants. You will mentor and support a dedicated team of support workers, coordinate with families and stakeholders, and ensure smooth operational performance across all programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SIL and community support services across multiple locations

• Supervise, mentor, and support staff including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management

• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies, and reporting requirements

• Work collaboratively with participants and families to develop and review person-centred support plans

• Oversee service budgets, rosters, and quality improvement initiatives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, support coordinators, and allied professionals

• Participate in the on-call roster, providing after-hours phone support as required

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the disability or community services sector

• In-depth understanding of the NDIS, particularly SIL and complex support environments

• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A collaborative and supportive leadership style with a focus on empowering teams

• Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Leadership and Management

Mandatory Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence

• NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
