We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership, governance, and oversight of mental health services delivered within and coordinated through the Peel Health Hub.
About the Role
As the Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and person-centred mental health services. You will provide clinical leadership to multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a partial clinical caseload and delivering direct therapeutic interventions.
You will oversee clinical governance, quality and risk management, service performance, workforce capability, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure positive outcomes for clients and the broader community.
