Your Role

As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, providing honest recommendations, and delivering high-quality repairs and solutions for residential customers.

Typical work includes:

• General residential plumbing maintenance

• Fault finding and plumbing diagnostics

• Blocked drains and CCTV drain inspections

• Pipe relining and drain rehabilitation

• Drain repairs, excavations and pipe replacements

• Leak detection and repairs

• Hot water system repairs and replacements

• Tapware, toilet and fixture repairs and installations

• Gas appliance servicing and repairs

• Preparing accurate quotes and recommending appropriate solutions

• Delivering exceptional customer service on every job

• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Sydney Inline Plumbing to the highest standard

What We’re Looking For

Only applicants who meet ALL requirements will be considered.

Candidates must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III in Plumbing (General Plumber)

• White card

• Experience with blocked drains, CCTV inspections, drain repairs and pipe relining is highly regarded

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Experience preparing quotes and recommending repair solutions

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
