The RoleWe're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our team and partner with leaders across a national workforce. In this role, you'll provide expert advice on workplace matters, manage complex employee relations cases, support organisational change, and help create a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
As a trusted advisor, you will:Provide timely HR advice and support to leaders and employees.Manage end-to-end employee relations matters including performance, conduct, grievances, investigations and workplace conflict.Interpret and apply employment legislation, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements and company policies.Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations and compliance obligations.Support organisational change activities including restructures, consultations and workforce transitions.Assist with workers compensation, return-to-work and wellbeing matters.Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation reviews, employment changes and offboarding.Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.Contribute to people initiatives, process improvements and workforce planning activities.Analyse people data and trends to support informed business decisions.
About YouYou'll be a confident and proactive People & Culture professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating complex workplace matters.You will bring:Experience in a Human Resources Advisor, People & Culture Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor, or similar role.Strong employee relations and industrial relations experience, including managing cases end-to-end.Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements.Experience conducting workplace investigations and preparing formal documentation.Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.Experience supporting organisational change and consultation processes.Excellent written communication and attention to detail.The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.QualificationsTertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.AHRI certification or similar professional accreditation will be highly regarded.If you're looking for a role where you can influence people outcomes, partner with leaders, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you.
