Allied Health - Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist

The Allied Health team at Aberfoyle Park Residential Services are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic Allied Health Professional - Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join the Resthaven family on a permenent-part time basis working 7 days a fortnight.

Working as an Allied Health Professional with Resthaven, your empathy and understanding of the challenges facing older people will be rewarded by the smiles and thanks you receive as you support older people to gain or retain their wellness goals.

To be successful in your application:

• Be available to work permanent part-time 7 shifts a fortnight (9am - 5pm)
• You have comprehensive Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy knowledge, particularly to age-related issues, and experience working with contemporary practices in an aged care environment
• You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
• An inclusive, collaborative and supportive Leader with the ability to engage at all levels with clarity and empathy
• The ability to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care outcomes
• IT savvy with AHPRA registration
• Aged Care Experience is preferred
• You have at least 6 months experience working in the role
