The purpose of this job is
Our Clinic Coordinators ensure the smooth operations and a welcoming experience of their Mindplace Clinic. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and clinicians, our Clinic Coordinator's provide a warm, professional, and supportive experience. This role combines front desk responsibilities with broader operational support, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of the clinic’s services to patients. 
 
What you’ll need to make it possible 

• Experience in Front Office Coordinator or Senior Receptionist role or equivalent in mental or allied health is desired
• Capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures;  
• Possess high level, professional written and oral communication skill
• Manage and monitor the daily reception and admin tasks delivered by the reception team to ensure compliance with Mindplace best practice standards and relevant policies and procedures; 
• Own the client experience of the practice’s physical space, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and a comfortable, private environment.
