Office Administrator/Receptionist

A well-established, family-owned business in Geelong is seeking a reliable part-time receptionist to support our busy operations. This role would suit someone seeking stable part-time hours who enjoys being the first point of contact and managing day-to-day office tasks. Key responsibilities include:

· Answering phones and greeting customers

· General reception and customer service duties

· Data entry and basic document processing

· Assisting with basic accounts tasks (invoicing, data entry)

· Supporting general administrative functions as required

Essential skills and experience:

· Polite and professional customer service and phone manner

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Experience with ServiceM8 is highly regarded but not essential

· Clear written and verbal communication skills

· Good time management and the ability to work independently
