About the Role This is a 4-month contract position providing dedicated leave cover from September 7th through to December, with set day shifts (Monday to Friday, starting between 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM and finishing between 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM). Serving as a critical operational link, you will manage up to 80 B2B customer enquiries per day, balancing incoming phone requests, email communications, and order management across South East Queensland.
Key Responsibilities
Manage up to 80 customer enquiries and order requests daily via phone and digital channels, ensuring prompt and professional service
Process customer bookings and order data accurately within internal operating systems
Maintain constant communication with internal sales, production, operations, and scheduling teams to coordinate delivery timelines
Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer questions and escalate complex matters appropriately
Collaborate with production schedulers to support smooth operations and maintain optimal service levels
