As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a critical role in keeping Kinrise moving.
Every pallet you transport helps ensure our production lines stay running and our favourite biscuits, cookies and crackers make it safely to supermarket shelves across Australia.
Working in our fast-paced warehouse, you'll safely move raw materials and finished goods, use SAP and RF scanners to manage inventory and help deliver the high standards of safety, quality and service our customers expect.

This opportunity is available on our Day Shift, working Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm.
We’re looking for team members who can commit to their preferred shift and contribute to a safe, consistent and high-performing production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts throughout the warehouseLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining product integritySupply production lines with raw materials to support uninterrupted manufacturingPut away finished goods and replenish warehouse locations accuratelyComplete inventory transactions using SAP and RF scannersAccurately complete warehouse documentation and stock movement recordsConduct pre-start forklift safety inspections and report equipment issues promptlyPerform stock rotation and inventory movements in accordance with FIFO requirementsMaintain high standards of food safety, quality, GMP and housekeepingWork collaboratively with warehouse, production and logistics teams to achieve daily operational targetsIdentify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and warehouse performance
What Success Looks Like
You operate forklifts safely and confidently every shift without compromising safety or quality.You ensure production always has the right materials at the right time.Inventory movements are accurate, timely and completed correctly within SAP using RF scanners.You consistently meet warehouse productivity expectations while maintaining attention to detail.You contribute to a clean, organised and GMP-compliant warehouse.You actively identify and resolve issues before they impact production.You build positive relationships with your teammates and contribute to a collaborative workplace.You take ownership of your work and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety every day.
Skills/Competencies Required
Current Australian LF Forklift Licence (essential)Experience operating High Reach and/or Counterbalance forkliftsPrevious experience within an FMCG, food manufacturing, warehouse or distribution environmentExperience using SAP, Warehouse Management Systems or similar inventory systemsExperience using RF scanners for inventory and stock controlStrong understanding of workplace health and safety requirementsUnderstanding of GMP, HACCP and food safety standards is highly regardedAbility to accurately complete warehouse documentation and follow written work instructionsStrong communication, literacy and numeracy skillsReliable, safety-focused and able to perform in a fast-paced environmentPhysical capability to perform manual handling throughout the shiftA continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
