We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Commercial team in Perth. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a key role in the administration, negotiation, and management of contracts across a diverse portfolio of projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys working collaboratively with stakeholders, providing strategic contract advice, and driving best-practice contract management processes.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a range of contracts, including complex project agreements.

• Ensure contractual arrangements align with business objectives while minimising risk and maximising value.

• Monitor contract performance and proactively manage contractual issues and variations.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior contracts administration team members.

• Support project teams with contractual advice and commercial risk management.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Participate in commercial negotiations, meetings, and presentations.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in contract administration and contract management, ideally within construction, engineering, mining, or project-based environments.

• Strong experience negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements.

• Sound understanding of contractual principles, risk management, and relevant legal requirements.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and supporting team members.

• A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and commercial outcomes.
