1:1 school-based support, engagement, communication, and behaviour de-escalation.

With other shifts available

Key responsibilities

• Implementing the Behaviour Support Plan

• Proactive and reactive strategies

• Safe de-escalation

• Non-verbal communication support

• Incident documentation

• Liaison with school and management to work with the family

About you

• WWCC (mandatory)

• Police check (mandatory)

• NDIS screening (mandatory)

• First aid (mandatory)

• De-escalation training (mandatory)

• De-escalation training (essential)

• Experience in supporting non-verbal adolescence (desirable)

• Behaviour management and redirection (desirable)
