We are on the hunt for a General Manager with a passion for late night venues to lead, inspire & ignite the fire that is Goros!
  
The Role

As General Manager of Goros, you’ll lead one of Surry Hills’ most exciting late-night venues where quality cocktails, great music and high-energy service come together.

We’re looking for an experienced nightlife operator who knows how to lead a fast-paced, high-volume venue without compromising on drinks, service or atmosphere. You’ll bring strong knowledge of licensing, regulatory compliance and late-night operations, along with the ability to create a memorable guest experience from the first drink through to late-night trade.

You’ll take ownership of the venue’s performance, including financials, profitability, team development, recruitment and rostering, while partnering with marketing to deliver standout events, promotions and activations.

Fresh from a major refurbishment, this is an opportunity to shape the next chapter of Goros and build a late-night destination people want to return to.
