Home Delivery Service (HDS) is recruiting experienced order pickers and pallet rider operators to join our new Acacia Ridge Distribution Centre. We’re looking for operators who enjoy a fast paced environment, work safely and accurately, and consistently achieve productivity targets.

About the Role:

As an Order Picker Operator, you’ll use a pallet rider picking equipment and RF scanners to accurately pick customer orders. This role suits people who enjoy staying active, working efficiently, and being part of a high-performing warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a pallet rider equipment safely at all times
• Pick customer orders using RF scanners
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Perform repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
• Work across Ambient, Chiller, or Freezer areas where required
• Follow all WHS and food safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous pallet rider experience
• RF scanning experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with repetitive manual handling
