About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking two Administration Assistants to join our team in Rockhampton:

• 1 x Casual Position - 36 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to permanent employment.
• 1 x Casual Position - 20-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent part-time position.

This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers exposure to a range of administrative functions while supporting the day-to-day operations of our site.

In this Role

• Provide administrative support to the wider team.
• Deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Support stock control and inventory-related processes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and general office administration tasks.
• Contribute to a safe and positive workplace culture.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience is desirable.
• Stock control or inventory experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
