About the role
Delaware North Australia is hiring culinary professionals to help deliver extraordinary dining experiences at Australia’s most celebrated racing events, the 2026 Melbourne Cup Carnival and Cox Plate. From premium dining rooms and corporate hospitality suites to large-scale race day catering operations, you’ll be part of the team responsible for delivering exceptional food experiences to thousands of guests throughout the Spring Racing Carnival.
This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant, high-energy environment while contributing to one of Australia’s most iconic sporting and hospitality events. You’ll have the opportunity to work across our renowned venues, including the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Marvel Stadium, with an exciting calendar of international sport, concerts and premium hospitality experiences ahead. Positions available
Key event dates include Melbourne Cup Carnival race days and Cox Plate events from 24 October and 7 November 2026.
