Merchandiser

We’re seeking an experienced Merchandiser to represent leading brands across 13-15 Independent Retailer Stores in and around Mirrabooka for Casual work, but Part time can be discussed as this is an ongoing role.

This is a fast-paced, multi-site role, where you’ll visit multiple stores each day to execute team training, merchandising, and maintain high execution standards.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining planograms, displays, and stock level.

• Ensuring brand compliance across all stores visited

• Deliver in-store visual merchandising services aligned to our service level agreements

• Attend multiple sites in a day

• Engage with team members, customers, conduct training, answer questions, and provide information about our products and services.

• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with the team members and customers.

• Assist with product demonstrations and sampling to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings

• Collaborate with the client and report back on competitor activities.

• Provide feedback and insights to the team on customer preferences and market trends

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a merchandiser specially in retail environment.

• Strong understanding of retail merchandising and store standards.

• Have some experience of working as a Merchandiser.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers

• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores.

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively showcase and promote our products

• Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure successful event execution
