About the Role:

Based in the heart of Richmond, our luxurious showroom provides a beautiful workspace where you will assist brides in finding their dream dress. From initial consultations to final fittings and collections, you will guide brides through the entire process. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our brides and ensure they have an amazing experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

This casual position offers a varied role focused on creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for brides. Weekday, Saturday and Sunday hours are available, with potential for more hours for the right candidate. Responsibilities include:

- Running Bridal Appointments with a focus on luxury level customer service
- Processing sales orders and invoicing
- Maintaining email inquiries and general admin
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments

What We're Looking For:

The successful applicant will be passionate about providing exceptional service and being a dedicated team member. Desired skills include:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport
- Experience in sales or high-end retail will be highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer software (Google and Microsoft)
- Punctuality and reliability with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and a positive can-do attitude
- Interest in fashion and the bridal industry
- Presentable appearance

Australian citizenship is required for this role.

Availability requirements:
- Availability on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday is preferred.
- Saturday and Sunday availability is a MUST!
We will not require staff to work Saturday and Sunday appointments consistently. The weekend shifts will be on a rotating roster, with the goal for all staff to have one weekend day off every week.
