Gosford, with hybrid working options available About the team SafeWork NSW is seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Manager to establish and lead our Talent Acquisition
function. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent
acquisition within a purposeful organisation, balancing strategic leadership
with hands on delivery. Working closely with leaders across the business, you
will build trusted partnerships, drive workforce planning and recruitment
outcomes, and lead a team dedicated to attracting exceptional talent to
SafeWork NSW. The People and Corporate Services
Directorate is a high performing team within SafeWork NSW. We pride ourselves

transformation. We are seeking a leader who is innovative, people focused and
comfortable engaging with a broad range of stakeholders. The successful
candidate will be a visible and trusted leader who works in partnership with
their team, Director and colleagues to deliver results, while contributing to a
positive, connected and enjoyable team culture. This is a rare opportunity to shape the
Talent function from the ground up: refreshing our recruitment processes and
templates, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to design and
embed contemporary recruitment practices and strategies, and establishing
workforce planning approaches that set SafeWork NSW up for long-term success. You will lead a team of talent
professionals, with a strong focus on building a positive, high performing team
culture. You'll balance strategic leadership, setting direction, supporting
your team to succeed and driving continuous improvement, with the hands on work
of standing up the systems, tools and relationships the function needs to

enforcement activities, we help prevent work related fatalities, serious
injuries and illnesses while promoting safer and healthier workplaces across

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $154,231 base plus superannuation
