About the role

You’ll be working as part of our kitchen and production team preparing high-quality meals at scale. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Ingredient preparation and mise en place

• Cooking proteins, sauces, vegetables and other meal components

• Following recipes, specifications and production schedules

• Operating commercial kitchen equipment

• Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and quality standards

• Working efficiently as part of a coordinated production team

• Assisting with kitchen organisation, cleaning and preparation for upcoming production

• Supporting the Head Chef and wider production team as required

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for people who are:

• Qualified chefs or experienced cooks

• Reliable, organised and punctual

• Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume kitchen

• Serious about food quality and food safety

• Able to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

• Positive, respectful and easy to work with

• Interested in learning and developing within a growing food business

Experience in food manufacturing, catering, meal preparation or high-volume production is an advantage, but not essential.
