Warehouse Manager

We have partnered with an Australian owned hot water and energy efficiency specialist who attain over 35 years of in-houose engineering experience. They design and supply energy-efficient water hearting and climate solutions for Australian conditions, operating throuogh a national network across the country.

They are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to join their team and run their warehouse located at Ravenhall. This position is suitable for a Senior Storeperson or Supervisor who is ready to take the next step into a Manager position.

About the Role:

• Management of day-to-day operations of the warhouse
• Coordinate delivery schedules
• Management of stock movements, delivery documentation and inventory records
• Complete stock takes and invesitage any discrepancies
• Ensure warehouse and transport operations comply with WHS
• Coordinate incoming freight and communicate with all stakeholders about deliveries and stock availability
• Assist with training new staff
• Assist with picking and packing orders, loading/unloading trucks and forklift operation as needed
• Assist with Deliveries in MR Truck when needed

About You:

• Previous experience in a Senior level Storeperson, Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor role
• Previous experience coordinating small warehouse teams
• Current LF Ticket and experience
• Current MR Truck Licence
• Ability to complete hands-on tasks suck as picking, dispatching, receiving, loading/unloading trucks and forklift work as operationally needed
• Understanding of WHS requirements
• Good computer skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good customer service skills when liaising with drivers, customers and suppliers
