Join our wonderful team as a Permanent Part-time Registered Nurse in Aged Care and help our clients to live independently.

About us

Interchange Australia is an award-winning organisation enabling people to live independently. We have been providing services for 40 years, to people living in the south-western Sydney, Southern Highlands and Southern Tablelands communities.

About the role

• Permanent Part-time Registered Nurse around Queanbeyan, ACT and surrounds.

• Initially 3 days per week, days negotiable, with potential to increase.

• Work with Aged care clients, completing initial and 3-monthly nursing reviews

• Complete case notes and clinical documentation

• Complete nursing interventions, such as wound care, clinical escalation and medication concerns

• Provide clinical support and advice to our Support at Home Coordinators

About you

• You have a Bachelor of Nursing , and a current AHPRA registration

• 5 years clinical experience; including wound care and catheter care

• Experience working with aged care clients

• You are able to work independently and within a team

• You are able to travel to clients houses

• Excellent communication shills, verbal and written

• Willingness to learn a new system
