About the Opportunity

Due to the ongoing growth of our well-established APAC team we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to ensure a positive customer onboarding and implementation experience through every project. You may have a background in project administration, or just be highly organised, efficient and looking to enhance your skills and further your career in a professional environment. We don't expect you to have all of the skills and knowledge but if you have the right attitude and an aptitude to learn then we can teach you. Reporting to the Projects Team Manager you will coordinate team resources and monitor project activities from initiation to handover to our Account Management team.

In this role you will initiate projects, meet customers online to introduce the team and our implementation process and manage a number of your own projects for products and services sold to new and existing customers.

You will do this by:

• Confirming high-level customer requirements and finalising project timelines.
• Assessing and monitoring the capacity of each Implementation Consultant and allocating project work.
• Proactively monitoring and recording the progress/success of implementations through regular review calls and customer feedback.
• Managing a number of projects of varying sizes, assigning technical resources as appropriate.
• Identifying and managing any concerns or risks, escalating to the Projects Team Manager as appropriate.
• Developing strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to successfully coordinate multiple concurrent projects or activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies is beneficial.
• Analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in maintaining data in Salesforce or similar CRM would be advantageous.
• Experience of software collaboration tools.
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is beneficial.
