Site Administrator

AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold development company with big plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona Gold Project in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia and are now ramping up our Nullagine Gold Project.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and capable Site Administrator to support the day to day administration function at our Warrawoona Gold Project. Reporting to site leadership and working closely with head office, this role is hands-on and suited to an experienced site administrator who enjoys being organised, proactive and part of a site-based team.

This position is offered on an 8/6 FIFO roster.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide site administration support including travel, rosters, procurement and reporting

• Maintain accurate data entry and reporting across INX and Pronto systems

• Support onboarding, inductions and general personnel administration

• Assist with improving administrative processes and systems

• Liaise with site leadership and head office to ensure smooth information flow

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism

About You

We are seeking applications from candidates who have:

• Previous experience in a site administration role (mining preferred)

• Working knowledge of INX and Pronto systems

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a site environment

• A proactive, team-focused approach with good communication skills
