About the role:
At Anglicare Central Queensland, we're committed to support mental health recovery through connection, compassion and empowerment. As a not-for-profit organisation, we empower individuals living with severe and persistent mental health challenges to work towards their goals in a safe and supportive enviornment.
We're seeking a Wellbeing Facilitator to support adults through individual sessions and group activities, using strength-based, person-centred approaches to co-design holistic and tailored recovery plans. You'll collaborate with care teams and stakeholders to deliver proactive, recovery-oritentated services that make a lasting impact.
