About the role
Location: Artarmon, NSW
We are looking for a reliable and organised Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team in Sydney.
This role offers a manageable workload in a supportive working environment. You'll primarily be sourcing and ordering parts for our Body workshop, with an average of around 10 vehicles per week, allowing you to focus on accuracy rather than rushing through high volumes.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately identify and source automotive parts based on workshop requirements.
Use Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPC) and related systems to identify, quote, and order genuine or aftermarket parts.
Process parts orders and monitor outstanding deliveries.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock control and stock replenishment.
Liaise with workshop technicians and suppliers to ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time.
Receive and organise incoming stock.
Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, document filing, and record management.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in an automotive parts role is preferred.
Experience using Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) systems is highly regarded.
Basic knowledge of automotive parts and components.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Good written and spoken English.
Stable full-time employment.
Supportive team with a low-pressure working environment.
Manageable workload (approximately 10 vehicles per week).
