Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a confident, motivated and commercially driven salesperson who enjoys being out in the field and creating opportunities.

You will ideally have:

• 3+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management within the security or building industry

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, surveillance technology and security systems preferred  but not essential, full training provided.

• Proven experience generating new business and managing a sales pipeline

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Confidence approaching new businesses and making the first contact

• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine appetite for growth

• A competitive, results-driven mindset

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills

• The ability to work independently and manage your own territory and pipeline

• A valid Australian driver’s licence

• Ideally you will be based in Melbournes South Eastern / Mornington Peninsula region.

• $80,000 - $120,000 base salary + generous uncapped commission. Subject to experience and proven results

• Fully maintained company vehicle
