Bakery Supervisor | Mile End Bagels

We’re hiring our next bakery Supervisor to join our wood-fired bagel production.

This role is ideal for someone who has leadership experience.

No formal baking qualifications required.

We want someone who:

Has hospitality leadership experience

Communicates clearly and confidently

Stays calm under pressure

Leads by example

Reliable & punctual (early starts!)

Brings a steady, positive attitude to every shift

Bakery or kitchen experience helpful but not essential - a willingness to learn is

You'll learn how to:

Prepare & shape dough

Bake on the biggest Wood-fire oven in Australia

General bakery prep & cleaning

Support daily production
