Senior Wills and Estates Solicitor | Work From Home

1. We are seeking an experienced Wills & Estate Lawyer to join our team. 

2. You will be comfortable in providing:

• Estate planning

• Drafting Wills; and

• Administration.

2. Manage your own calendar and appointments

3. 100% Work from home

4. You will be provided with a supportive and experienced administrative team

5. Stay current with changes to estate planning

• Conducting meetings with our clients via Google Meet

• Advise our existing clients on estate planning, including:

1. Last Will and Testament

2. Testamentary Trust (If required)

3. Powers of Attorney

4. Strategic advice based on the client's requirements

• Handling day-to-day administrative and legal tasks related to Wills & Estates

• Opportunity to join our leadership team and take part in strategy meetings for growth and best practice

• Comprehensive knowledge of Estate Planning

• Current Practicing Certificate (Australian Legal Practitioner)

• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse in plain English

• Able to provide practical solutions

• A strong ability to work autonomously
