The Opportunity

This is a casual position, working three days per week until the end of January.

The role would suit someone who is interested in working as a Merchandise Planner or Buyer but is also organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with data.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining product records in internal systems

• Updating product descriptions, pricing, barcodes, images and specifications

• Supporting payments of suppliers.

• Other AD HOC tasks to support our planning and buying team.

About You: 

• Previous administration experience, ideally within retail, buying, merchandising, wholesale or e-commerce and /or the desire to become a Buyer or Merchandise Planner.

• Confidence using Microsoft Excel

• Reliable, high attention to detail and good communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously, problem solve and take initiative

• Ability to work in office three days a week.

• Available to commence immediately.
