We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced leader to step into the role of Educational Leader. This is a rare part-time leadership opportunity, open to candidates available 3 days per week, who thrive on guiding others, driving quality outcomes, and being hands on in both the operational and educational heartbeat of a high-performing centre.

This leadership position is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference, both in the classroom and across the service. You’ll work closely with our Centre Director, supporting Room Leaders, leading curriculum development, and mentoring our wonderful team of educators.

This is a rare part-time leadership opportunity, open to candidates available 3 days per week. We’re looking for the right person who can bring their educational experience, passion and knowledge to the role while enjoying the flexibility of a part-time position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting day-to-day centre operations and stepping in as Responsible Person when needed

• Leading curriculum direction and inspiring reflective practice across all rooms

• Coaching, mentoring and supporting educators in planning and program delivery

• Collaborating on compliance, quality improvement, and family engagement

• Working on the floor to support when required

• Stunning, two-story new centre with exceptional resources and steady occupancy growth

• Hands-on, incredibly supportive Service Manager

• Open to candidates available 3 days a week

• Negotiable hourly rates based on experience and qualifications

We’re after someone who brings energy, leadership, and a deep passion for early childhood education. This role leans heavily into Educational Leadership, so experience in this area is a must. You'll need to have a strong grasp on curriculum, programming, planning, and everything that makes a great Educational Leader.

• Hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education

• Must be available to act as the Responsible Person, including opening and closing the service when required.

• Experience as an Educational Leader (essential)

• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and inquiry-based, child-led practices

• Confident in curriculum design, programming, planning, and critical reflection

• A genuine passion for mentoring and helping others grow

• Currently residing in Perth, WA (interstate candidates will not be considered)

• Dedicated staff spaces, including a fully stocked staff room and separate planning room for programming, study, and reflection
