Founding GTM Lead

A venture-backed fintech startup is seeking a Founding GTM Lead to join at a pivotal stage of growth. Founded by an Australian team now based in San Francisco, the company has strong early customer traction and is currently raising a significant seed round.

As one of the first commercial hires, you'll work directly with the founders to build and execute the GTM strategy, drive customer acquisition, and help scale the business from the ground up.

Australian-based candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those comfortable with some overlap with US business hours and interested in the potential opportunity to relocate to the US in the future.

What You'll Do

• Drive outbound growth and customer acquisition
• Build relationships with senior financial stakeholders
• Run demos and manage the sales process
• Help define and execute GTM strategy
• Work directly with the founders

• Background in GTM, growth, partnerships, business development or sales
• Experience in fintech, financial services, capital markets, private credit or consulting is highly regarded
• Comfortable engaging with sophisticated financial buyers
• Thrives in fast-moving startup environment
