Experienced Excavator Operator

Due to sustained growth, Civelite are actively seeking to expand their current employee base with the addition of an experienced Excavator Operator to join the company.

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Operator to join the team. The requirements for the role are as below.

• Minimum of two years experience in the civil construction industry

• Capabilities with trenching, drainage and storm water services

• Final trim experience 

• Experience with Bulk and minor earthworks

• Possess the ability to work autonomously and manage workloads

• Strong eye for detail

• Display care for the equipment you use including completing daily pre-start and maintenance checks

• The ability to take direction and relay significant information to management

• A focus towards quality and safety

• Hold a current driver’s licence 

• Hold a current construction induction card 

Our current tasks with each project are as follows:

• Bulk Excavation 

• General Excavation

• Detailed Excavation 

• Drainage 

• Subgrade treatments 

• Crushed Rock Placement 

• General Concrete Placement 

• Heavy Duty Concrete placement 

• Asphalting
