About The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll help create an outstanding experience for every patient while supporting them in finding the right vision solutions to suit their lifestyle and needs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Guiding patients in selecting frames and lenses tailored to their needsProviding advice on lens technologies, coatings, and vision solutionsPerforming basic workshop tasks including adjustments, repairs, and quality controlManaging appointments and supporting day-to-day administrative dutiesHandling stock management, banking, and reporting tasksMaintaining a welcoming and professional practice environmentDelivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the patient journey

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

Availability to work 3 days per weekExcellent communication and customer service skillsConfidence engaging with patients both in person and over the phoneA genuine passion for helping peopleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA proactive and solutions-focused mindsetCert IV in Optical Dispensing (desirable but not essential)An interest in premium eyewear, style, and fashion
