Client Services Coordinator - VIC

At Lumia Care, we are on a mission to provide trusted support locally, delivered by the best people. As one of Australia's growing providers of Aged Care and Disability Services, we are expanding our client services team to meet increasing client demand and continue delivering safe, high-quality, person-centered support.

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of services across Lumia Care. Working closely with our Client Services Team Leader and operational teams, you'll be responsible for keeping client records accurate, coordinating service changes, supporting service continuity, and ensuring clients receive the care they need when they need it.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where your attention to detail, problem-solving skills and commitment to quality service will directly impact the lives of our clients and their families.

In this role, you will be responsible for such areas as Service Coordination & Client Support, Continuity of Care, Systems & Data Integrity and Stakeholder Engagement.

You are organised, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You thrive in a busy environment, enjoy solving problems, and have a keen eye for detail.

You'll Bring

Previous experience in administration, client services, coordination, community services, healthcare, aged care, disability support, or a similar role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities. Confidence using multiple systems and managing accurate records. The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities. A commitment to providing exceptional service and supporting positive client outcomes.

Current National Police CheckNDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)Working With Children Check (where applicable)Valid Australian Driver's LicenceCurrent Immunisation RequirementsCertificate III or IV in Business Administration, Health Administration, Community Services, Individual Support, or similar (desirable).
