You'll be the heart of our front desk – welcoming patients, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting our clinical team with professionalism and a smile.

What You'll Bring
✔️ Ability to work autonomously and stay one step ahead
✔️ Essential: Experience in General Practice
✔️ Essential: Best Practice software experience
✔️ Essential: Private billing experience
✔️ HICAPS experience (highly regarded)
✔️ A friendly, personable attitude with excellent communication skills
✔️ Flexibility and a team-first mindset

Minimum of 12 months' experience working as a medical receptionist in a General Practice setting is required.

Minimum of 1-2 years' hands-on experience with Best Practice software is essential for this role.

Minimum of 6 months' experience in private billing processes and procedures is required.

Working Hours

• Available for rotating shifts between 6.45am and 5.30pm Monday- Wednesday, Friday and 6.45am and 8.00pm Thursdays

• No weekends

• No public holidays
