About the Role 

The National Sales Centre (NSC) Team Member plays a critical role in supporting leading Australian grocery retailers through accurate, timely and customer-focused order processing and coordination. The NSC Team Member role is an excellent entry point for individuals interested in Business Administration, Customer Operations, or Logistics and Supply Chain Management. 

Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will be responsible for ensuring order accuracy, supporting customer enquiries, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately process purchase orders from national and independent customers. 

• Ensure alignment between purchase orders, sales orders and confirmed quantities. 

• Manage orders through OneHarvest systems and resolve order discrepancies prior to dispatch. 

• Act as a key contact point for customer order enquiries and updates. 

• Take phone-based orders and respond professionally to customer concerns, escalating where required. 

• Maintain accurate records of orders, amendments, customer interactions and inventory movements. 

• Assist with reporting to identify trends, exceptions and operational issues. 

• Liaise with logistics and site teams to support effective deliveries and communicate delivery changes. 

• Support sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders during promotional activity, demand spikes and peak trading periods. 

About You 

You are a reliable and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly and professionally, are comfortable using computer systems, and can stay organised while managing multiple priorities. You are eager to learn and contribute to a customer-focused team. 

Essential Requirements 

• Must be over 18 years of age. 

• Valid driver's licence and ability to travel independently to the Wacol office. 

• Valid Australian working rights and ability to provide verification if requested. 

• Availability to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods when required.

Working Arrangements 

• Location: 63 Tile Street, Wacol, QLD 

• Employment Type: Casual 

• Work Arrangement: On-site 

• Shift Structure:  

• Weekday start times between 6:30am and 8:30am 

• Typical shifts range from 3 to 7 hours depending on operational requirements 

• Monday and Friday availability up to 12:00pm is particularly important 

• Additional availability may be required on weekends, public holidays and peak seasonal periods
