The client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a range of upcoming business and technology initiatives. They will be initially working on the floor renovation, supporting people to work flexibly and truly hot desking. More of a cultural change for this piece of work and then there’ll be various IT Projects which are currently being shaped up.
Accountabilities
Lead change management activities for workplace transformation and flexible working initiatives.Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies.Assess change impacts and support employees through cultural and behavioural change.Drive user adoption and business readiness across multiple projects.Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to deliver successful change outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Change Manager with strong experience in organizational and cultural change, stakeholder engagement, and technology-driven transformation initiatives.Experience working across various IT projects.
