Disability Support Worker

We're currently seeking compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team across Ipswich and surrounding areas.

We're looking for people who are caring, reliable, and passionate about empowering people with disability to live their best lives.

You will have:

• Experience in disability support (preferred but not essential)

• A genuine passion for supporting others

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Availability for weekend and non-active sleepover shifts is a MUST

• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• A current Blue Card

• Current First Aid and CPR certificates

• A valid driver's licence (minimum P2), reliable vehicle, and smartphone

• Certificate III in Individual Support (advantageous but not essential)
