Join a respected, growing mechanical business and take on a key front-of-house role supporting our workshop operations.

We’re seeking experienced Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for our customers and team. This is a FIFO 2:1 role ex Perth, with local applications also encouraged.

About the Role

In this hands-on and varied position, you will:

• Manage vehicle bookings and schedule daily workflows

• Prepare quotes and manage job approvals

• Coordinate stock and parts requirements

• Communicate clearly between customers and technicians

• Support workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

You’re a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of mechanical operations. You enjoy working in a busy, customer-facing environment and take pride in your presentation and professionalism.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar mechanical role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• A mechanical background or solid understanding of mechanical processes

• Referees from a similar or previous role (required with application)
