Prospecting and generating leads through cold calling, and networking

Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers

Hosting property inspections and open homes

Managing negotiations and conducting auctions

Overseeing contract signings and transaction management

About You

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targets

An Agent's Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate Practice

A valid driver's license and a reliable car

A results-driven mindset with strong self-motivation

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A professional, client-first approach

A genuine passion for real estate and a commitment to a long-term career in the industry

Real estate sales experience is preferred but not essential, with any sales experience being considered.

Candidates must have Australian permanent residency or citizenship to be eligible for this role.
