Since 1982, Alzheimer’s WA has been a leading voice and support for people living with dementia, their families, and carers. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are moving in a positive and promising direction—championing person-centered care, advocacy, education, and holistic support through our CHSP and SAH fundings, as well as day and overnight respite across Perth, Mandurah, and Albany. What We Offer
Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse for 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) to deliver exceptional client-centred care and support across the Perth Metro and Peel regions.
Reporting to the Care Services Manager and House Manager, this role is pivotal in building strong relationships with clients and their families to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing outcomes.
This is a community-based nursing role, with services delivered across the Perth metropolitan area and extending south to Mandurah.
