We are currently recruiting four permanent Field Testing Officers to join a growing team servicing customers across Queensland. These roles offer excellent earning potential, career progression, ongoing training, and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of industries.

No previous field testing experience is required-if you have strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work, full training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Field Testing Officer, you'll travel to customer sites inspecting, testing, servicing and maintaining a broad range of safety and lifting equipment to ensure compliance with Australian Standards and workplace safety requirements.

Working autonomously, you'll become a trusted partner to customers by delivering high-quality service, accurate reporting, and practical safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, test and certify workplace safety equipment in accordance with Australian Standards.
• Service and maintain a variety of safety and lifting products.
• Complete electronic inspection reports and compliance documentation.
• Identify defective or non-compliant equipment and recommend appropriate actions.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships.
• Travel to customer sites throughout your allocated region.
• Maintain company equipment and uphold the highest safety standards.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Essential

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Current unrestricted Driver's Licence.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using mobile technology.

Highly Regarded

• Dogman Ticket.
• Rigger Ticket.
• Experience within mining, construction, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Previous inspection, servicing or maintenance experience.

Hourly rates range from $34.58 to $43.75 per hour, with your starting level determined by your experience, qualifications and licences.

Excellent Earning Potential

With regular overtime opportunities and additional allowances-including Living Away From Home Allowance (where applicable)-all Field Testing Officer levels have the potential to earn a six-figure annual income.
