Located in WA, SA, NSW, VIC & QLD, we specialise in; supply, installation, service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning for supermarkets and other commercial businesses.

AJ Baker & Sons are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Service Administrator to join the Adelaide Service Department team. You will be responsible for managing administrative functions within the service department, including service call management, resource allocation, and coordination of maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving, logging and invoicing of service calls

• Allocation of service mechanics to service calls, and scheduled maintenances

• Coordination, calculation & data entry of time sheets

• Preparing & receipting purchase orders

• Coordinate and assist in all areas of the service department

About you

• Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience

• Strong communication, interpersonal & customer service skills

• Service Coordination experience advantageous

• Ability to multitask & schedule maintenances promptly

• High attention to detail

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications

• Full unrestricted driver's license is essential
