Front Desk/Dental Assistant - Periodontist

• We are looking for a full time person Mon - Fri - 8:30 - 5pm,

About You

• We are seeking a Front Desk/Dental Assistant. You will have good verbal and written English communication skills.  Experience would be an a advantage but would be train the right character

Tasks and Responsibilities 

• answer the phone and providing information to patients

• Liaise with referring dental practices to arrange complex treatment for patients and aquire patient records form referral practices

• Create front desk specialist reports

• Take payments at front desk

• Make appointments and manage the appointment book

• Sterilize instruments and equipment if required

• Perform basic chair-side dental assisting for surgical and non-surgical treatment if required

• Perform data entry during specialist consults

• Work chair side with our specialist periodontist and hygienist - performing implants, non surgical debridement and gum surgeries.

Re numeration

• Depending on your years of relevant experience the hour rate will be 32 - 42$/hr.
