Food and Beverage Supervisor - Full Time

O'Reilly's has been welcoming guests since 1926. Now in our Centenary year, we are one of Queensland's most celebrated eco-tourism destinations - able to accommodate over 500 guests across our Retreat, Villas, campground and our newest offering, Pat's Farm.

We are seeking a full-time food and beverage supervisor. Find meaningful work and shape memorable experiences in our unique destination in world-heritage-listed, Lamington National Park.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop your team - set guest service standards that reflect our values and a commitment to ongoing improvement

• Elevate guest experience - Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively and create moments that guests will carry home with them - across daily service and special events

• Support Operational performance - work alongside managers to maintain financial targets, enforce health and safety regulations and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service model

• Drive consistency and accountability - uphold service standards across every outlet, ensuring internal team culture and external guest interactions reflect O'Reilly's Values
